Information we collect

We collect the information you submit, including your name, email address, company, optional website, workshop answers, and generated guide. We also receive basic transaction details and payment status from our payment provider. We do not receive or store your complete card or bank details.

Our hosting and security systems may process technical information such as IP address, browser type, request timestamps, and service logs. Your browser stores workshop progress and a private access token in local storage so you can continue your work.

How we use information

• Provide the workshop, generate your guide, save your work, and email your private return link.
• Process and verify purchases, prevent abuse, troubleshoot problems, and provide support.
• Maintain business records, understand product reliability, and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information or use workshop answers for third-party advertising.

Service providers

We use carefully selected providers to operate the service: Lemon Squeezy for checkout and payment administration, Netlify for hosting, Supabase for data storage, Anthropic for AI-assisted guide generation, and Resend for transactional email. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy commitments. Payment methods offered at checkout may also be handled by payment processors such as Stripe or PayPal.

AI processing

Your workshop responses are sent to Anthropic to generate your brand voice guide. Do not submit passwords, financial account numbers, health records, or other information you do not want processed for this purpose. AI output can contain errors and should be reviewed before use.

Retention and deletion

We retain workshop records and generated guides so your private return link continues to work. We may also retain transaction, security, and support records as reasonably necessary. You may request deletion of your workshop and guide by contacting us. Some records may be retained when required for tax, fraud-prevention, dispute, or legal purposes.

Sharing and disclosure

We share information with the providers above only as needed to operate Give It Voice. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect the service or its users, or in connection with a business reorganization. We do not publish your workshop or guide.

Security and private links

Guide access currently relies on possession of a long, private link. Treat that link like a password and share it only with people you trust. Contact us if a link is exposed; we can revoke and replace it. No online system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct, export, or delete personal information associated with your workshop. Depending on where you live, additional privacy rights may apply. We will verify requests before acting on them.

Children and international processing

Give It Voice is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 13. Our providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate.

Updates

We may revise this policy as the service changes. The effective date above will be updated when material changes are published.
