Email support
We aim to reply within two business days. Never email passwords or complete payment-card details.
Lost or exposed guide link
Tell us the purchase email address and brand/company name. After verification, we can resend, revoke, or replace the private guide link.
Checkout or billing issue
Include the purchase email, approximate time of purchase, and any order reference shown in your receipt. Payment and refund processing is handled through Lemon Squeezy and its payment partners.
Workshop or guide issue
Describe where the problem occurred, what you expected, and your browser/device. Screenshots are helpful when they do not contain sensitive information.
Before resetting your browser
Workshop progress is saved locally in your browser. Clearing browser storage, using private browsing, or moving to another device can remove in-progress answers. A completed guide remains available through its private emailed link.
