The product

Give It Voice is a one-time-purchase digital service. It includes access to a guided workshop, AI-assisted synthesis of your responses, a personalized brand voice guide, and a private return link. The current purchase price is displayed at checkout before payment.

Purchases and payment

Checkout and payment administration are provided by Lemon Squeezy, which may act as merchant of record and may offer payment methods through additional processors. You agree to provide accurate billing and contact information and to comply with the checkout provider’s applicable terms. Taxes and currency details are shown at checkout.

Your content and guide

You retain your rights in the brand information and workshop answers you submit. As between you and Studio Low Five, you may use, adapt, reproduce, and share your generated guide for your own business and client work. You are responsible for ensuring you have permission to submit any content belonging to others.

Studio Low Five retains its rights in the Give It Voice product, software, design, prompts, methodology, templates, and general know-how. You may not resell, clone, reverse engineer, or redistribute the product itself as a competing workshop, template, or software service.

AI-assisted output

The guide is generated with AI assistance from your responses. Output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or similar to output created for others. It is strategic guidance, not legal, financial, trademark, or other professional advice. Review all recommendations and copy before publishing or relying on them.

Private access

Your guide is delivered through a private tokenized link rather than a customer account. Keep it confidential. We may revoke or replace a link after a refund, suspected misuse, security concern, legal requirement, or your verified request. We will make reasonable efforts to restore legitimate access when you contact support.

Acceptable use

You may not use Give It Voice to break the law, violate another person’s rights, distribute malware, probe or disrupt the service, bypass payment or access controls, automate abusive requests, or submit highly sensitive information that is unnecessary for brand strategy.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep the service and saved guides available, but uninterrupted or permanent availability cannot be guaranteed. We may maintain, secure, update, or discontinue features. If a material service failure prevents delivery, contact support so we can restore access, regenerate the guide, or provide an appropriate remedy.

Refunds

Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy and any mandatory rights that apply to you. A refund may disable workshop and guide access.

Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Give It Voice is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or guaranteed business results. Studio Low Five is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from the service. Studio Low Five’s aggregate liability relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for that purchase. These limits do not exclude rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Disputes and general terms

Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any concern informally. If part of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue. Failure to enforce a term is not a waiver. We may update these terms prospectively by posting a revised effective date.
