Refund Policy
Give It Voice is a personalized digital service. We want the policy to be clear before you buy.
Before guide generation
You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if you have not completed the workshop and your personalized guide has not been generated.
After guide generation
Once your personalized guide has been generated, the purchase is generally final because the digital service has been performed using your responses. We will still review requests involving a duplicate charge, a material technical failure we cannot correct, unauthorized payment, or rights that cannot legally be limited.
How to request a refund
Email hello@studiolowfive.com with the purchase email address, approximate purchase date, and reason for the request. Do not send full payment-card details. We may ask for additional information to verify the order.
Processing
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method and payment provider. Timing depends on the provider and your financial institution. Refunds may revoke access to the workshop and saved guide.
Mandatory rights
This policy does not override refund, cancellation, or consumer rights that apply under law. If mandatory law gives you stronger rights, those rights control.
